Your Sixth Sense: Understanding the Art of Persuasion, Body Language, and Human Decision Making for improved treatment acceptance.
Presenter: Dr. Chris Ramsey

Unlike anything in dentistry, the elements of non-verbal communication are shown to help dental teams guide their patients toward ideal treatment. As dental professionals continue to improve technically, understanding the elements of the M.A.S.T.E.R. program prove to be the largest elements for long term success.

The objectives of this course are to provide participants with the tools necessary to ‘see’ what others do not in everyday communication and a simple understanding of "Body Language" cues which allow for better communication.
